Fighters, Coaches and Managers. Welcome to Urijah Faber's A1 Combat! Below you will find all of the resources required to fight on our shows. If you want to send a message to our matchmakers to get on a card please fill out the form BELOW and send it in.

IF YOU ARE CONTRACTED TO FIGHT FOR US, HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED;

1. Your signed contract returned 
2. Your Photos -THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL AND PREVENTS US FROM PROMOTING YOUR FIGHT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
3. Your Corners
4. Please review the list of CSAC forms and download them as needed.
5. Please get your medicals cleared and your license requirements taken care of immediately.
6. Submit completed 2 page questionnaire immediately ( see below) THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL AND PREVENTS US FROM PROMOTING YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER.
